Clinton River Report: Monday

Hit the Clinton by 8:30 this morning and headed down stream. Fished with Dennis aka 'Putzy' and we hit a nice dark male. This fish was actually hit two times...once with my fly caught to a hanging tippet attached to the mouth of this fish and the second hook up appeared to be in the mouth. Heard from a few guys that they lost this fish earlier and it snapped their line. Sorry guys, never landed to get your bugs back. My last fish hooked was in the park this late afternoon early evening on an egg pattern. Best of action out there and lets see some reports please!
