Clinton River Report For Early March

Well, we had about a week of open water to fish but the ice has come back but melting off a bit with the higher temps. Heard of one or two steelhead caught over the last several weeks. The water is mostly low and clear and a few stoneflies around the banks as of yesterday. The fish should move in here soon! For those of you attending the Midwest Fly Expo this weekend have fun and enjoy....hope to see you on the river!
