Weather
1. The Clinton River Steelhead One Pattern/Lure Tournament is a rain or shine event. Weather conditions such as: lighting in the area or a tornado warning as indicated by area sirens. If these conditions exist, all anglers should return to the registration area at Yates Park for re-start instructions. Deteriorating river conditions such as rising water levels and increasing flows to dangerous levels will cancel the event. Please use good sense when fishing on the Clinton River during this tournament as well as anytime fishing.

2. Each steelhead will have a value of one (1) point per measured inch.

Measurements should be made to 1⁄4”, if possible. The scoring committee will decide the final point value. Any steelhead which measures 1⁄2” or greater is rounded to the next full inch and less than 1⁄2” measurements are round down to the previous full inch.
4. Any steelhead intentionally killed or ruled by the Team Official or Tournament Officials to be unable to survive due to negligence will result in disqualification from the tournament.
5. Snagging or intentional foul hooking of any fish will result in disqualification from the event.
6. Decisions by Tournament Officials are final.

3. Team Officials will act as the team’s time-keeper for the fishing period. To do this each Team
Official must possess a reliable time-keeping device.
4. Team Officials will maintain the integrity of the Clinton River Steelhead One Pattern at all times.
