Adopt-A-Stream Upcoming Events 2010
Citizens protecting and enhancing their local waterways
Training sessions will be held during the month of August this summer. Monitoring to take place October 2nd.
Join a site team or start a team of your own!
The Adopt-A-Stream Program offers citizens a "hands-on" way to improve water quality and protect land adjacent to creeks and streams in the Clinton River Watershed. Adopt your local creek or stream...participates in spring and fall water quality monitoring...organize a stewardship project... we can help!

Join us and learn how our everyday actions influence the health of our local waterways.
We'll discuss:
* Past/currrent local water quality problems
* Water quality successes
* Current efforts to restore and protect the creeks, rivers, lakes, drains and adjacent lands within your community and the Clinton River Watershed
* Simple steps that each of us can take to help protect water quality
