EPA Rules Greenhous Gasses as a Hazard

It's about time! Finally the government has ruled CO2 and Methane amongnst other greenhouse gasses are a hazard to your health. What gives with this? Small dairy farms are now producing toxic methane gas? PLEEEASE! The EPA is taking a stance on greenhouse gas that in one respect is a good thing and will allow legislation to be made against the real polluters while hindering or even putting small dairy farms out of business.
